Most people don’t enjoy going to the dentist, especially for more invasive procedures and treatments. Some even experience anxiety at the thought of having someone poke around in their mouth, but at Dr. Bruce Matthews, DDS we strive to make our dental office comfortable and inviting so patients feel at ease during their dental appointments.

Anxiety-free Dental Visits

  • We earn your trust – Whether you have had a painful experience at another dental office or just dread going to the dentist, we will do our best to earn your trust. No matter how many questions you have, we will make sure they are all answered before any procedure or treatment so you can be prepared, know what to expect, and feel more at ease.
  • Friendly and helpful staff – Our dental team will walk you through every step of your visit from scheduling appointments, to paperwork and understanding after care instructions. We understand that some of the dental language can be confusing and want to make sure you feel comfortable with the process from start to finish.
  • Comfortable office – We want you to be relaxed during your entire visit, which is why we have a comfortable waiting area with plenty of reading material and a TV for you to watch while you wait to be called back. We also have neutral and peaceful tones throughout the office, including the exam rooms, to help you stay stress free.
  • Modern technology – With modern technology, most procedures are far less invasive then they used to be. This allows us to provide our patients with faster and more efficient care. Our intra-oral camera will also allow you to see what we see, and make it easier for us to explain our diagnosis and treatment plans.
